Leadership

“Leadership is doing what you believe to be right and having the courage and determination to see it through” Theresa May asserted.  It’s true leaders don’t tend to suffer self doubt and show great determination but a leader has to take people with them and know when to abandon a plan that isn’t working. Other wise they are not a leader just a self deluded autocrat.
